Services are delivered by trained attendants (often referred to as care providers) who are authorized to perform specific tasks based on each individual’s approved care plan, as outlined by their Texas Medicaid Managed Care plan or other authorized health coverage.
Need More Hours of Care?
We're Here to Help !
If you are already approved for services but have experienced a change in your condition—such as increased illness, disability, injury, or the effects of aging—you may qualify for additional care hours.
Our dedicated Field Supervisor, Maria Patricia Perales, is available to assist you with requesting more Regular, Respite, or Protective Supervision hours. She will guide you through the process and ensure your needs are clearly communicated to your service coordinator or health plan.
